Memories of Salisbury
"An elegant and lyrical study of the Cathedral City of Salisbury." - Roger Greenwood, TV Presenter and Producer.
The medieval city of Salisbury, which was founded at the beginning of the Thirteenth Century, has a rich and diverse heritage, inspiring artists, authors and musicians throughout the ages. This jewel in South Wiltshire's crown welcomes visitors from all over the world, to enjoy the sights of the past within a thriving market town. This video aims to relive some of these experiences so they can be enjoyed anywhere and everywhere. It was filmed at different times of the year whilst walking in the Cathedral City, in the neighbouring Town of Wilton, and at the historic sites of Old Sarum and Stonehenge. This record of memorable sights and sounds is harmonised with original music composed by Daniel Selmon and historical narrative spoken by Roger Crisp.
